The Town of Unity provides two property tax incentives for constructing new homes:
In-Fill Residential Construction Policy- Click HERE. Get 1 to 2 years of reduced property tax by building in an existing area of Unity (see conditions in Policy).
8th Ave Residential Construction Policy- Click HERE. Get 2 years of no property tax when you build in the new 8th Ave W resdiential subdivision (see conditions in Policy).
